Kings County Museum


The Kings County Museum is located in scenic Hampton, New Brunswick. We offer genealogy research, themed exhibits on local history, viewing of the Kings County Gaol (jail) and heritage talks that will connect you to your historic past!

Our Hours of Operation

June 30 to August 28: Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm

Sept to June: Thursday and Saturday, 1 pm to 4 pm.

Admission is by donation

Effective 31 July 2021 masks are no longer required for the Museum, with the exception of two areas.

Due to limited air circulation, we request you were masks in the Gaol/Jail and our Genealogy/Research area.

A limited supply of disposable masks will be available if you do not have one with you.
